 John Fegan 
 John has a lifetime of exposure to the rural sector having been raised on a sheep and cattle farm on the outskirts of Cambridge. He has worked primarily in the rural sector since graduating from Lincoln with a B.Ag.Com in 1986. Prior to establishing his own business, John held management positions that included having responsibility for up to 19 staff at any one time. His background and passion for the rural sector led to the formation of Fegan & Co in 1997. 
 Eileen Hammond
 Eileen joined our team in 2011 as a ‘Recruitment Support' person. With more than 30 years practical dairy farming experience, she has a good understanding of the rural sector. Her work experience on the farm includes operating machinery, milking, pasture management, employing staff - in fact all aspects of dairy farming. She is also a qualified AI Technician. With family currently involved in farming, Eileen keeps her finger on the pulse. As part of her work history Eileen has also been involved in recruitment within the city boundary as well as being involved as a counsellor with Victim Support for a number of years.
 Marie Hunt

Marie joined Fegan & Co in January 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant. She is passionate about people, human resources and different cultures. On completion of a Bachelor of Communications majoring in marketing, which also involved study in Turin, Italy in international management, she worked in the Building Supplies industry where she led a busy office. Marie has learned first-hand the importance of recruiting accurately and managing staff well. Now living in Cambridge and with family involved in dairy farming, Marie is committed to the rural sector.

 Julie Robb
 Julie joined the Cambridge team of Fegan & Co as Office Administrator in 2004.  Brought up in the Waikato, Julie has spent the majority of her career involved in the rural sector, working as a Personal Assistant for a tractor and machinery importing and distribution company for 13 years prior to joining us.
Alison Linch 
 Since 1988 Alison has been one of the first points of contact with applicants seeking jobs in the rural sector. Having grown up on a dairy farm that was converted to bull beef and with family who operated an Agricultural Contracting business in the Waikato, she has a sound understanding of the expectations of both rural employers and employees. She values people as individuals and has a history of giving good advice with regard to rural career options.
