Position Description
A Position Description is exactly what it says, a clear representation of what an employee's position will involve. It also clearly identifies what is expected of your employee, and what his/her agreed performance indicators are. In our experience a well constructed Position Description is essential to effective Recruitment and Performance Management of all employees and contractors.
Performance Review Template
A performance review template is based on the same information as the employee's Position Description. It also includes a rating scale, making it an effective tool to discuss an employee's performance to date, celebrate their successes, identify any areas for improvement and agree on future goals and areas for development. The template also includes a section where an employee can rate their manager's performance.
Employment Agreement (IEA)
This is a legally sound Individual Employment Agreement that can be customised to your particular employment situation. This product is appropriate for any business thinking of, or currently employing staff.
Annualised Hours Agreement
Here is an Individual Employment Agreement which provides an alternative method of employing on an hourly rate basis that simplifies payroll management. This approach allows the payment of a base retainer that is then topped up according to actual hours worked at an agreed date.
